Commonly known as Greek Lasagna, Pastichio is a base layer of pasta and ground beef with tomato sauce, topped with a creamy cheese Bechamel Sauce, cooked to a golden brown. This is a delicious meal and a staple of the Greek cuisine.

Dolmathes

Stuffed Grape Leaves filled with seasoned rice. The grape leaves, marinated in a lemon sauce add a sharp flavor to the usually mild rice. Dolmathes are usually an appetizer, excellent with a sip of Ouzo.

Spanakopita

Spinach Pie. You may not have liked spinach as a kid, but this delicate Filo filled appatizer is a classic and favorite Greek snack. Both healthy and delicious, you'll want to come back for more. A variation is Tiropita, or Cheese Pie, where no spinach is used in the filling. The pies either made in a pan, as shown, or shaped as triangles, for design.

Greek Salad

Village Salad, also known as the classic Greek Salad. Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Feta cheese, and a vinigarette dressing define this traditional favorite. Enjoy with you meal, or by itself.

Feta Cheese

Feta is delicious crumbled over salads (the Classic Greek Salad), or together with sliced tomatoes, sprinkled with olive oil and fresh herbs. It is also used as a filling for puff pastry.

Kalamata Olives

Grown only in the southern Pelloponisos penninsula of Greece, Kalamata Olives are world renowned for their distinctive taste. Olive lover or not, you have to taste them.

Pita Bread

An unleavened bread used to wrap soulaki and gyro grilled meat. Also great with salads and dips.

Greek Shis-Ka-Bob. Chicken marinated in a lemon and olive oil sauce, seasoned with oregano and garlic. A perfect grilled meat, succulence in every bite.

As hamburger are to the US, the Gyro is to Greece. Small fast food Gyro places are found in every town and village. This is a spiced lamb and beef meef. grilled on a vertical spit, served on warmed Pita bread withTzatziki sauce, tomatoes and onions. Many of you come to the Greek Festival just for our Gyros, so we make them especially for you.

Greek Spiced Sausage. Served as thick grilled slices, this is a great appetizer or side dish. Excellent with some Ouzo or Retsina.

A yogurt and cucumber suace, laced with garlic, is a must have on a Gyro or any other grilled meat. This sauce adds the perfect touch to Greek grilled cuisine.

Just the word makes you desire the thin Filo dough,layered with butter, filled with walnuts and sugar and laced in a honey and sugar dressing. Forget the diet, this is a sin worth indulging.

Don't worry if you can't pronounce it, you'll be too busy eating. A thick custard baked between layers of Filo, topped with a sugar and honey sauce. This goes almost as fast as the Baklava so get yours early!
